Weekly rental rates  GBP  USD** Rate per week from £545 $875 Per night (minimum 3 nights) from £85 $135 Optional pool heating (per week) £110 $175   Stays of less than 7 nights will be subject to a £50 ($80) cleaning charge. A reservation deposit of £125 ($200) per week is required to secure your booking. **All USD rates are inclusive of state taxes (where appropriate) & are subject to change without notice (due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate).  However once a booking is confirmed the rate will be secured.
